Shipping Policy

Westmont ships worldwide. Our products are fulfilled and shipped directly by our independent supplier partners, so items in one order may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking.

1. Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment.

2. Delivery times after processing

  • United States & Canada: free shipping 7–12 business days · express 4–7 business days
  • Europe & United Kingdom: free shipping 8–15 business days · express 5–9 business days
  • Asia-Pacific (Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Korea, Singapore, India): free shipping 10–18 business days · express 6–10 business days
  • Middle East & Africa: free shipping 10–18 business days · express 6–10 business days
  • Latin America: free shipping 12–20 business days · express 7–12 business days
  • Rest of the world: free shipping 12–25 business days · express 8–14 business days

Free shipping is available on every order. The carrier name, price and estimate for your address are always shown at checkout before you pay. Final delivery is made by the local postal service or courier in your country. Peak seasons, customs and remote areas can add a few days.

3. Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. It may take 48–72 hours to show the first update.

4. Delays

If we can't ship within the stated time, we'll notify you, give a new estimate and offer you the option to cancel for a full refund (FTC Mail Order Rule and equivalent laws).

5. Customs, duties and taxes

Prices are shown in your local currency at checkout. For orders to the United States, prices include everything you pay for delivery. For other countries, import duties or taxes may be charged by your local customs authority; when they are collected at checkout, they are shown before you pay. If a carrier asks you for an unexpected fee, contact us before paying and we'll help.

6. Address accuracy & lost packages

Please check your address carefully — we can change it only before the order ships. Lost or damaged packages are replaced or refunded in full; contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
